Success is available for everyone, in pretty much any amount they want. Most folks, either on their own, or with a bit of help from a loved one or a coach, can achieve the success they are dreaming of. We make such a big deal of success in our society, but we are rarely taught as youngsters how to achieve that success.
Some people do grow up with the expectation that they can succeed and they do. Many, however, grow up with the idea that if they succeed it is because of a lucky break or because they have connections or for some other reason than that they deserve to succeed.
Fortunately, though, thanks to the internet, there are people who can help us learn to succeed and guide us in the right direction. Sometimes all it takes is a session or two with a success coach ( a particular kind of personal or business coach) to help us realize the life of our dreams.

I do believe that if you work hard you can be successful. I don’t think that working hard is a necessity for success, I think there are plenty of people who have achieved the success they wanted but did not have to work hard to get it.
I also believe there are lots of people who work hard and are not successful. So I am not convinced that those two ideas are related in a causal way. There is plenty of success to go around for everyone, and it has been my experience that the single most determining factor for being successful is believing that we deserve to be so.
There is always room for learning more and getting the guidance to succeed beyond the first plateau of success that a person reaches. Sometimes it is necessary too. In my niche, I often consult with my colleagues to make sure I am where I need to be in my goals and not trying to jump ahead of myself.

You’re so right Nile. Success comes with a set of steps. The details for each person’ path might be different, but the fact that there are steps is pretty much the same for everybody.
Success could be very elusive. Most of the time you can not reach being in that state on your own. So if you are having difficulty with your personal success then you need to get some help from your loved ones or even a coach. Just don’t be shy to ask because there is nothing wrong with it.

Right on, Brian. A coach can help point out the path, and some of the obstacles to pay attention to. Its our job to do the walking, but stopping to ask for directions is a pretty good idea.
Success is when you feel at ease with yourself, when you earn enough to sleep well at nights, when your close relationships are good and you are a positive influence on those around you.
